Formatting Text in MS Word means

• Change Font Height

• Select the text -> Click Home -> click on the Drop Down list arrow on font color -> Choose the color

• Select the text -> Click Home -> click on the Drop Down list arrow on font color

How to insert a picture?

• from Font Group

To crop an image

• Select the image → Format Tab will appear →from the Format Tab → Click on crop the image → from the image handles you can crop the image.

• Select the image → Style Tab will appear →from the Format Tab → Click on crop the image → from the image handles you can crop the image.

• Select the image → Home Tab will appear →from the Format Tab → Click on crop the image → from the image handles you can crop the image.

• Select the image → Insert Tab will appear →from the Format Tab → Click on crop the image → from the image handles you can crop the image.

To change the picture style

• Select the image→ from Style Tab → select the Format Tab → choose any picture style.

• Select the image→ from the Insert Tab → select the Format Tab → choose any picture style.

• Select the image→ the Home Tab will appear → select the Format Tab → choose any picture style.
