Logical Instability Case

To check Spyware existence CCA will use which of the below commands :

• Nslookup

• netstat -n -o

• Ipconfig/flushdns

Customer has logical Instability, multiple login = 3 min, so the next step is :

• Check spyware

• Check packet loss

• Reset & Reconfigure

While Escalating Logical Instability Case to SLS , SLA will be

• 2 Hours

• 2 : 5 Hours

• 24 Hours

Customer has Logical Instability ticket with update ( No problem from network side let customer check his CPE ) and still face the same problem , right action is :

• Let customer check with another CPE

• Re-Troubleshoot

• Escalate to SLS

Customer has Logical Instability and there is a Spyware in his PC , will get clean PC and call us later , right SR is :

• FBB Tech Problem > Logical Instability > Laptop Or CPE Issue

• FBB Tech Problem > Logical Instability > spyware

• FBB Tech Problem > Logical Instability > Re-Escalation

Existing customer subscribed on We Space, should get 100% from service recommendation from 1st day :
