What will happen if a guest redeemed their FCC then cancels or is replaced by someone else?

• In the case where an FCC value was shared within the booking and the guest cancels or is replaced on the booking, the full value of the guest’s FCC should be reinstated. This may cause a balance due on the booking that would have to be paid by the remaining guests or the guest that replaced the cancelled one.

How do remaining balance FCC’s work? (Select all that apply)

• Remaining balance FCC’s will be generated when an FCC has been redeemed for a partial amount.

• The remaining balance FCC will take on the same application method of the original FCC (GSS will apply with FMT and option code; CWC will apply with FMT).

• The original FCC will remain unchanged in Siebel and will show the amount that was partially redeemed as the redemption amount.
