The wise fish

Once upon a time, there lived many fish in a pond. Everyday, why did they wake up in the morning with a dread – the fisherman’s net!. ?

• they were uncomfortable because they would be disturbed from their sleep

• they were unhappy because he takes away their food

• they will be caught in the net

• the fisherman is known to be mean and unkind

Why was one fish , always cheerful

• he was not afraid to die, he told him himself every fish has to die someday

• he knew the trick to bite open the net if he was caught

• he trusted his parents that they will safe him no matter what

• he was wise enought to swim near the feet of the hunter

“Share with us little one, the secret behind your confidence and success”, the elders (fishes) pleaded. “Very simple”, said the little fish. “When the fisherman comes to cast his net, I rush and stay at his feet. That is one place that the net can never reach, even if the fisherman wants to cast! So, I never get caught.”

The moral of the story is

• We must put in our best efforts in whatever we do and leave the rest to Him (God); hold on to Him

• God helps those who are wise only

• you must be smart and clever to survive in these world

• just stop and don't make an effort to move and just wait for God to help you from, wherever you are

The second slide on the conversation between the mother fish and her kids. She had this idea from the hunter's actions that

• all human beings were unkind and did not know the pain the fishes undergo

• fish meat is good for human health so lets sacrifice ourselves for them
