بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

• And give orphans their properties

• Allah is Watchful over you.

• In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful.

الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ

• Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds.

• for that would be a grave sin.

• do not substitute the bad for the good

إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ

• And give women their dowries graciously.

• You alone we worship; and upon You, we call for help.

• But provide for them from it

اهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ

• Guide us along the straight path.

• speak to them with kind words

• And do not consume it wastefully

قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ

• hand over their wealth to them

• Say, “I seek refuge in the Lord of humankind.

• Allah suffices as a Reckoner.

مِنْ شَرِّ الْوَسْوَاسِ الْخَنَّاسِ

• but the poor may charge fairly

• The God of humankind.

• From the evil of the sneaky whisperer.

مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ

• From the evil of what He created

• O you who believe!

• Allah decrees whatever He wills.

لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ

• nor the Sacred Month

• He begets not, nor was He begotten.

• Do not violate Allah’s sacraments

تَبَّتْ يَدَا أَبِي لَهَبٍ وَتَبَّ

• do not cooperate with one another in sin and hostility

• nor the garlanded

• Condemned are the hands of Abee Lahab, and he is condemned.

إِذَا جَاءَ نَصْرُ اللَّهِ وَالْفَتْحُ

• And you see the people entering Allah’s religion in crowds.

• When Allah’s Victory and Conquest come.

• He is the Acceptor of Repentance.
