How does the Sandwich Structure generally work when evaluating students' works?
You start off with a positive remark. Afterwards, you talk about 2 or 3 problems with the work carried out. You finish off with constructive feedback (leaning on positive comments).
You begin by highlighting all the mistakes at sight. Then, you go through the assignment more thoroughly and point out some more. You choose to give one or two compliments to soften the blow. Finally, you give helpful advice and constructive criticism.
You avoid criticising. Therefore, you only emphasize the positive aspects of the assignment and end it with something along the lines of «You got this!» or “It is perfect!”.
You use tough love. Explain, in detail, the mistakes that were made and the right way to carry out the assignment. You finish the assessment with «This cannot happen again».

How does one incorporate «Rules» in the classroom – generally speaking?
There should be a minimum of 10 rules in plain sight as soon as the students step inside the classroom. Moreover, they should form two rows and read all of them aloud, until they memorise them in two weeks – those who can’t deliver, should serve some sort of punishment.
The ideal number of rules is 5. Three of them are made by the teacher, and the final 2 rules are negotiated with the students. As soon as 1 or 2 rules become a routine, they could be taken out of the «The Rule Book» and one or two news ones could be added to the classroom.
The teacher is a symbol of authority. There is no room for negotiation with the students since they have to obey to everything the teachers preach. The class should know at least 10 rules by heart.
There should be no rules for the first few weeks. The students and the teacher should just go with the flow and address issues as they appear.
