How does one incorporate «Rules» in the classroom – generally speaking?

• There should be a minimum of 10 rules in plain sight as soon as the students step inside the classroom. Moreover, they should form two rows and read all of them aloud, until they memorise them in two weeks – those who can’t deliver, should serve some sort of punishment.

• The ideal number of rules is 5. Three of them are made by the teacher, and the final 2 rules are negotiated with the students. As soon as 1 or 2 rules become a routine, they could be taken out of the «The Rule Book» and one or two news ones could be added to the classroom.
