Different Payment methods

All of the following are payment methods except:

• Personal Cheque

• Personal Credit Call

• Credit Card

• Direct Billing

When paying with Cash the hotel requires:

• Guests must pay in full at Check-out time

• Guests can pay half of the bill during check-in and settle the other half during check-out

• Guests can settle the bill using cheques and cash at check-out

• Guests must pay for their entire stay and taxes during check-in

When a guest is making this type of payment, there should be a matching signature on the registration card.

All of the following documents have to be read properly and signed by the user before it is accepted as payment, Except:

• Strips

• Gift Certificates

• Vouchers

• Coupons
