What is mercy ?

• The quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate.

• It is compassion, poured out on needy people

• The feeling of sorrow and compassion caused by the suffering

• Sympathetic pity and concern for the sufferings or misfortunes of others.

What happens when we come boldly to the throne of grace ?

• All your sins are forgiven

• You go straight to heaven

• You'll become saved even though you continue sinning

• We obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need

Who comforts us in all suffering ?

• Loved ones

• The Father of mercies and God of all comfort

• The prince of this world

• Parents

Why are the merciful called blessed ?

• For they shall obtain mercy

• For they shall obtain peace

• For they shall obtain comfort

• For they shall obtain salvation

Why has the Lord not dealt with us according to our sins?

• Because He is slow to anger, and abounding in mercy

• Because He fears to punish us

• Because He is waiting to revenge

• Because our iniquities are many

Who shall be saved?

• Whoever calls on the name of the Lord

• Some of those who calls on the name of the Lord

• whoever does not call on the name of Lord

• Even if you do not call on the name of the Lord

How did God promise to show His glory to Moses?

• He will be gracious to those who are ungracious

• He will make all His goodness pass before Moses

• He will be compassionate to those who are uncompassionate

• He will show His face to Moses

According to Micah 6:8 what does the Lord require of you?

• To walk proudly

• To de justly only to those who are just to us

• To love mercy

• To treat people with respect

Why is God a fortress in adversity?

• He lets us have our will

• He knows we will be trouble

• He does not rejoice when we don't trust Him

• He shows us mercy when we are in trouble
