弟兄们，我要你们认清你先前传给我们的福音；这福音你们领受了，又靠着它站立得住。Now, brothers and sisters, I want to remind you of the gospel you preached to me, which you received and on which you have taken your stand.

如果死人真的没有复活，上帝就没有使基督复活了。More than that, we are then found to be false witnesses about God, for we have testified about God that he raised Christ from the dead. But he did not raise him if in fact the dead are not raised.

在亚当夏娃里众人都死了；同样，在基督里众人也都要复活。For as in Adam and Eve all die, so in Christ all will be made alive.

每逢七日的第一日，每人要照自己的收入抽出若干，保留起来，免得耶稣来的时候。现凑。等到我来了，你们写信举荐谁，我就差遣他们，把你们的款项送到耶路撒冷去。On the first day of every week, each one of you should set aside a sum of money in keeping with your income, saving it up, so that when Jesus come no collections will have to be made. Then, when I arrive, I will give letters of introduction to the men you approve and send them with your gift to Jerusalem.
