Digital Art: Describe Layering

• A way to color your drawing and to prevent coloring over the outline, used to separate part of the drawing too. Can be used to do onion skin to use a base for your drawing

• To fix the drawing automatically with no absolute work. An AI makes adjustments in your canvas drawing and adds a layer to represent the fixed drawing to give a choice if wanted to delete the layer.

• To remove and delete something not relevant to not mess the drawing up.

Traditional Art: What does shading add to the drawing?

• Proper real life shadows and gradient so it might look realistic if that is the frame you are going for.

• To translate the opacity of the layer. Shading can show the opacity of the layer with a certain process taking at least 1 - 2 minutes.

• To insert a layer of color into the drawing by using an AI to add something such as a "shadow cast" to describe a certain path of sunlight shining onto the body.

Digital Art: Gradient

• Gradient is a form of shading between 2 or more colors, mixing them and creating a cast of colorful shade/s.

• Colors the background and uses the black, white, grey colors.

• Describes the opacity of the drawing and adds a layer fogging it.

• The Main Drawing's outline and coloring along with shading and other drawing additions.

• Base Draw represents the idea or outlines the main drawing.
