Mrs. Reyes has GL amount of Php 10,000.00 pesos received from the LGU of Cebu City on August 1,2021. The GL was paid or advanced by the LGU. Following the 30 day rule of billing, should you allow Mrs. Reyes to consume her GL until end of September?
