Gift of Life

I will keep myself clean at all times.

I will eat junk food only.

I will eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.

I will see to it that I get enough sleep every night.

I comb or brush my hair.

I wear a jacket when it is chilly.

I brush my teeth every other day.

I drink 1 glass of water a day.

I do some exercise everyday.
