• Provide military training program to the tertiary students to develop their general service

• To train the students in teaching to the Filipino youth

• To train the students in practicing numerical aspect and development

• To train the students to teach literacy,numerical and musical to school children to bring knowledge of education

• To train students to teach literacy and numerical skills to school children
