What is the Mood and Tone of the following text?

Bill was a very smart boy in the third grade.  He had always remembered his homework and did well on all of his tests.  One Tuesday morning he woke up late and quickly left his house.  When he arrived at school, he noticed his homework was not in his school bag.  Bill was upset because his teacher, Mrs. Chen, got angry when students didn’t do their homework.  She even made students stay in for recess when they didn’t do it.  But instead of panic, he took a deep breath and decided to check his school bag again before doing anything else.  Deep at the bottom of the bag, under several other papers, Bill saw the math paper. He instantly felt relieved.  He wouldn’t miss his recess, but he would straighten out his bag when he got home.

Answer explanation

The Tone and Mood begin as Nerve-wrecking, when Bill can't find his homework. However, they both change to releiving /relieved, when it turns out it was in his bookbag the entire time.
