Coping with Changes

Change is when something different has happened

Expected changes are harder to deal with

Going to a new grade every year is an expected change

We can deal with changes by calming ourselves down

Taking deep breaths and counting from one to ten are ways we can use to keep calm

We can control time

We cannot control our attitude

Letting go of the things we can’t control is one way to deal with changes or stress

Doing something fun and different is a great way to keep you happy

When I tell myself “ I am going to be ok “ that’s
