What should I say before and after making Wudo'..?

• before we say bismillah and after we say Ash-hadu an La ilaha illa allah, Wa Ash-hadu anna Muhammadan Rasulullah!

Now im going to pray Al-Fajr prayer, so what should i do to get ready and pray....?
