Trusted network

What qualities should we look for in a person on our trusted network? (example: the person should be a good listener, caring, etc.) 

How might someone feel if they have a problem and needed to talk to someone on their network? 

How might someone feel if they did not have anyone they could trust to talk to? 

What types of people could be suitable to be on someone's trusted network? (a parent, a coach, etc.) 

Why is it important to have adults on a network?
