Line quality is when

• the letters flow or they are erratic/shaky

• the letters are equally spaced or crowded

• the ratio of height and width are consistent

• the writing is continuous or the writer lifts up the pen

Size consistency is when

• the letters equally spaced or crowded

• the ratio of height to width is consistent

• the letters flow or are erratic/shaky

Pen pressure is

• Placement of the crosses on t’ and dots an i’s

• when pressure is equal when applied to upward and downwards strokes

Culprits may try to disguise their writing style or forge another persons style. This is called
