1- T- Chart    

•It is used to examine two sides of an object, event or concept in order to create a comparison, this tool can be used to weigh the positive and negative factors, pros and cons, and challenges and opportunities of a decision.

•يتم استخدام هذه الأداة لفحص جانبين من حدث أو مفهوم للمقارنة، يمكن استخدام هذه الأداة لوزن العوامل الإيجابية والسلبية، والتحديات والفرص المتاحة لاتخاذ قرار.

تبدأ شجرة القرارات عادة بخيار واحد يتفرع الي نتائج محتملة كل من هذه النتائج تؤدي الي خيارات اضافية والتي تتفرع بدورها الي احتمالات أخري 

A decision tree usually begins with one option that branches out into possible outcomes. Each of these outcomes leads to additional options, which in turn branch out into other possibilities.
