Motion

• written to EPSF sec-gen.

• Applied if agreed by 1/2 the full members.

• Need voting of 2/3 of the full members.

Procedural motions:

• written to EPSF sec-gen.

• proposed by a full member association and to be seconded by another full member to be discussed during the GA and if no one seconded it, the motion is ignored.

• Voting is carried out after the discussion whether an agreement, objection or abstention.

• Applied immediately after being approved.

GA:

• It is the supreme decision making authority of the federation and the secret power of our success.

• It is held when there is something urgent that needs to be discussed (ex: EPSF President Election)

Ordinary GA :

• It is held 4 times annually.

• It is held 2 times annually.

• It is held 3 times annually.

Urgent GA:

• It is the supreme decision making authority of the federation and the secret power of our success.

• It is held when there is something urgent that needs to be discussed (ex: EPSF President Election)

Quorum:

• 2/3 of full members have to be present to begin the General Assembly meetings.

• 1/3 of full members have to be present to begin the General Assembly meetings.

• 1/2 of full members have to be present to begin the General Assembly meetings.

President:

• the representative of the office in all forums, conferences, and meetings of the Egyptian Pharmacy Students Federation (EPSF)

• sets, the agenda of the ordinary and the urgent General Assembly and the meetings of the bureau and writes their minutes.
