When we get so busy with schoolwork and CCA, which is/ are good ways to take a break?

• Take a 3h afternoon nap at 6pm

• Play some mobile games for a few hours

• Listen to some music

• Go for a walk/ some excercise

What could you do if someone tells you that they are having a hard time? 

• Tell them that others have it worst

• Share with more classmates so they can help too

• Listen, show empathy, encourage. Suggest to look for a teacher/ school counsellor is necessary

• Post on social media to help get support

What should we do when we notice someone behaving out of the usual?

• Tell all your friends about what you observe

• Tell a peer support leader or a teacher about what you observe

• Try to solve all his or her problems

• Leave him/ her alone

What should we do if the person you are trying to help does not want to be helped?

• Continue to pressurize them

• Stop reaching out to them

• Seek help from a teacher or counselor for help

• Continue trying to communicate with them
