• use the present él/Ella/Ud. form of the verb

• use the present YO form of the verb

• use the preterite yo form of the verb

To give a friend a negative command you...

• Add an "o" to the infinitive

• take the present YO form, remove the O, add the opposite tú ending

• use the present tense él/Ella/Ud. form

• use the present él/Ella/Ud. and remove the last letter
