1.    हमारे  पास बिल्डिंग construction मॅप है authority से SANCTION  G +2  तो हम valuation लेते समय कितने FLOOR का valuation कॉन्सिडर करेंगे ?

• a)       G + 4 (Within consideration of FSI - Floor Space Index) 

• a)       G + 1 (Within consideration of FSI - Floor Space Index) 

• a)       G + 0 (Within consideration of FSI - Floor Space Index) 

• G + 2 (Within consideration of FSI - Floor Space Index) 

2. अगर हमारे पास commercial प्रॉपर्टी LAP लोन के लिये आ रही है और उस प्रॉपर्टी का construction sanction map (Authority द्वारा ) सिर्फ residential sanction है तो क्या हम case करेंगे ?

• हा

• ना

3. अगर हमारे side के 4 boundaries मे अगर मंदिर मस्जिद गुरुद्वारा अगर sale डीड मे आ रही है तो हम case करेंगे ?

• हा         

• ना

4. हमारे  पास बिल्डिंग construction मॅप है authority से SANCTION  g +3  तो हम valuation लेते समय कितने FLOOR का valuation कॉन्सिडर करेंगे ?

• b)       G + 2 (Within consideration of FSI - Floor Space Index) 

• C) G + 3 (Within consideration of FSI - Floor Space Index) 

5.    कस्टमर का घर G + 1 है और 1st floor का structure टिन roof  का बना हुआ है तो हम 1 st floor का valuation consider करेंगे क्या

6.    फ्लॅट के purchase / LAP case मे DOD (Deed of Declaration ) के बिना हम case करेंगे ?

• a) हा         

• b) ना 

• c) yes but we need land share mentioned in sale deed

7.    अगर कोई कस्टमर कि प्रॉपर्टी as  per sale Deed 1000 square फीट है और actual as on side पर 850 square फीट है तो हम actual valuation के लिये kaunsa एरिया consider करेंगे ?  

• 1000 square फीट – Always consider higher side

• 850 square फीट – Always consider lower side    

8.    Property के पास नाला है और उस नाले पर retaining wall अच्छी मजबूत है  और लेआऊट sanction है  तो क्या हम लोन देंगे ?   

• हा

• ना

• हा करेंगे, पर प्रॉपर्टी का इन्शुरन्स जरूर देना होगा   

9.    Property के पास नाला है और उस नाले पर retaining wall अच्छी मजबूत है  और लेआऊट sanction नहीं है  तो क्या हम लोन देंगे ?   

• हा  Subject to condition ( Sale Deed + Tax)  & Non NA

• ना

10.    अगर कोई लेआऊट के प्लॉट का case हमारे पास P + C मे आता है और वो लेआऊट का पहला घर है तो क्या हम case करेंगे ?

• हा
