Reconnection

Customer will be charged reconnection fee of RM 20.00 under below scenarios. Choose all the relevant answers.

• Reconnection for account suspended due to non-payment

• Reconnection for the voluntarily suspended account for the 1^st time in 12 months

• Reconnection for the voluntarily suspended account for the 2^nd time in 12 months

Mr. Babu is a greenfield customer and received his tax invoice on 8 June 2021. The payment due date stated on his tax invoice is 7 July 2021. However, he forgot to make payment before the due date and encounter service interruption on 8^th July 2021.

For  account which is  voluntarily cancelled by the customer, can only be reconnected by the account holder. We are not allowed to reconnect base on 3^rd party’s request.
