Simply saying "change is for good" doesn't help people. Sorry, let me ___ and ________ that. Saying that "change is for the better" doesn't bring anyone comfort. You have to provide either support or realistic solutions.

Well, __ the _____ I tend to think that no matter how we fill, change is inevitable. It can be sudden or planned and expected, however, it will always keep happening as long as you are alive.
