Human rights are:

When to respect a H.R. there is no need of the intervention of an external agency (Government), we can say this category of right is:

• First Generation of H.R.

• Positive Rights

• Negative Rights

• Universal Rights

These are characteristics of Natural Law:

• Exists independently of human will.

• It says our civil laws should be based on morality and ethics.

• Change upon the whim of legislators

• Based upon dogmatic beliefs

• Based upon principles and thruth.

The first generation of Human Rights include:

• Civil and political rights

• Social Rights

• Cultural Rights

• Offence rights

Second Generation of Human Rights refers to:

• Civil and political rights (engage religion, ensemble together, etc.)

• Cultural Rights (right to live in a reasonable environment, etc.)

• Social rights (access to healthcare, right to work,etc).

• Collective Rghts

This category of H.R. are defined as basic human rights, protecting the person as a member of humanity, that is, membership characteristics (personality)- bestowed upon every single human being personally.

Everyone has the right to life, (a)   and security of person.

Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the (a)
