Violation and fines for SEC. 29. Prohibition in the Practice of Architecture and Penal Clause.

• a fine of not less than P100,000.00 but not more than P5,000,000 or to suffer imprisonment for a period not less than 6 months or not exceeding 6 years, or both

• a fine of not less than P10,000.00 but not more than P500,000 or to suffer imprisonment for a period not less than six (6) months or not exceeding six (6) years, or both

• a fine of not less than P200,000.00 but not more than P500,000 or to suffer imprisonment for a period not less than 5 months or not exceeding 5 years, or both
