You are planning a welcome home party for a friend or a relative. Tell me what you have done already. Mention some things I can do to help (buy/send invitations, buy candles, bake or buy a cake, help prepare the food, bring CDs or videos, decorate and clean the house, do other household chores, etc.).

Tell me how you are doing in school. What are your classes like? Do you generally pay attention and participate? In your opinion, is it important to ask questions if you don't understand something? Do you get along well with your classmates? Recommend some basic study habits that make a successful student.

You have recently returned from a trip. Tell me where you went, what you did, where and what you ate, what you liked most, etc. Mention the order in which you did things (first, then, next, etc.).

You are daydreaming about the future. What are your hopes and dreams?

Explain why you would to take a trip to a country that speaks the language you are studying. Tell me how long you would go for and how you would travel there. Tell me about some different sites that you would visit and some foods that you might eat while you’re there.
