What are included in your duties?

• Lead all activities you are assigned to

• Serve as a negative role model for campers

• Be on time/ show up with a good attitude

• Give your duties to other head counselors

• Learn the likes and dislikes of campers

What are NOT included in your duties?

• Run the camp as a manager or camp director

• Never ask for help when you need it

• Follow directions from supervisors
