Filipino Citizenship

the legal act or process by which a non-citizen of a country may acquire citizenship or nationality of that country

except one

• Those whose mothers or fathers are Filipino

• Those whose mother or fathers are citizens of the Philippines

• Those who are naturalized in accordance with law

• Those who were born after January 17, 1973 of Filipino mothers
