Rules Review

In order to be prepared for class, you should check

• your friend's binder and planner for the next assignments

• google classroom for assignments, due dates, and descriptions.

• the board by the office window

• the chart on the wall

You earn your grade based on

• how nice you are to the teacher

• asking questions not related to class

• your attendance

• the number of points you earn.

Late work

• is NEVER accepted.

• is accepted only if you were absent on the day AFTER it was due.

• is accepted only if you are nice to the teacher

• is accepted during the 9 weeks, BUT points will be deducted for being late.

If you are absent, to find out what you need to do, FIRST you

• ask the teacher about your missing work

• ask a friend if there was anything important done in class

• check google classroom for assignments

• create an excuse as to why you shouldn't have to turn in an assignment if you weren't in class.

Personal electronic devices

• Should be kept in the basket by the classroom door

• will be taken from you if used in the classroom

• should be on silent or off

• used without teacher permission will be taken and can be picked up from the office at the end of the day

When entering the classroom, you should

• go to your seat; get your device; log into google classroom; complete bell ringer

• go to your seat; sit and wait for instructions

• get your device; go to your seat; sit and wait for instructions

At the end of class,

• wait for teacher to excuse group; put up your device; clean your area

• put up your device; wait for teacher to excuse group; clean your area
