What is the purpose of writing a journal?

• Jurnals are used to record what happened during the day.

• Journals are helpful to remember what you did in class.

• Journals are busy work and shouldn't be taken seriously.

• Journals give the you the oppurtunity to clarify and reflect upon your thinking.
