Can you attend the After School Program if you attended ISS during the school day or after school detention.

• Students may not attend

• Students may attend

• Students may attend after completing your ISS hours

• Students may ask Mr. Hood for permission

How must you dispose your trash after you are done with your meal?

• Wait till my teacher goes around and picks it up for me

• Get up my self and dispose of it in trash

• If I drop my trash wait till my teacher goes around and picks it up for me

• Leave it on the table and wait for my teacher to dispose of it

If I need to use the restroom...

• I am allowed to walk out as long as I grab the pass and come back

• I should ask for permission and wait for my teacher to hand me the pass

• I am not allowed to go during program

• I can only go during lunch and dismissal hours

• Push & Touch

• Poke & Fight

• ALL THE ABOVE

Sexual and Explicit comments or behavior will

• be tolerated

• be taken as a warning first

• not be tolerated

• be okay as long as we do not see iy

When it comes to supplies I am allowed to..

• use what is provided for that day and not ask for more

• take extras home for my own experiments

• ask to take extras home for my own experiments

• request what supplies I want

If I need to go home...

• I can text my parent to wait for me in the front office and I can walk there my self

• I can look for my teacher or site coordinator and notify them that I need to go home

• My parent needs to notify my coordinator or teacher before that I need to go home

• I have to wait till program is over
