Responding to situations

If you see a student in the hallway, crying and confused, what will you do and why?

• I will laugh at him for being a baby.

• I will help him out by reporting the incident to the police.

• I will help him out by reporting the incident to the teachers or try to cheer them up.

• I will ignore them.

During lunch break, a student is eating alone and he seems sad. What will you do and why?

• I will go tell the teacher

• go find the person who doesn't have ID and acting sus

• We can join them because they may be experiencing some difficulties or be new to the school and we can help them by keeping company.

• Ask a teacher who he is or ask a security guard.

There are students playing inside one of the grade 5 rooms, you notice that the teacher is not there with them, what will you do and why?

• If there are students playing inside one of the grade 5 rooms, I notice that the teacher is not there with them. I will talk to the principal because the principal will call the students to ask why are you in the class by themselves.

• If there are students playing inside one grade 5 room, and i notice that the teacher is not in there with them, I will ask them did their teacher give them permission for them to get inside the classroom without him/her yet

• If the students are playing inside the classroom, I will kindly ask them to sit quietly so we can respect everyone and keep the classroom clean because we need to keep our school clean and safe.

• We go ask/tell a teacher if the room is ok to let the grade 5 student play in or not.

At snack break, you saw a kid being bullied by his classmates. The student is not Cambodian, what will you do and why?

•  I will go tell him that you can be yourself, don't listen to people who say something bad about you and don't respect you.

• I will go and tell the teacher that there is a kid getting bullied and he is not Cambodian, because if the bullies keep abusing kids from other countries it is very bad.

• If I saw a kid get bullied by his classmates I would tell them to stop. I would help the student to go to their teacher and encourage them to tell about the bullies.

• Ask a teacher who he is or ask a security guard.

You notice a person walking around the campus without an ID and acting suspicious, what will you do and why?

• Ask him who he is.

• Tell a teacher and keep following him.

• Report to the office, staff member or teacher nearby and tell them that there is a suspicious man walking with no ID.

  Do not approach the person

• Scream and run around like it's an apocalypse

A student is playing/touching the fire alarm, what will you do and why?

• Warn them first if they don't care then i will Tell the office or a teacher nearby because pushing or playing with the fire alarm is kind of serious.

• I would tell them to stop playing with the fire alarm and tell a staff member / teacher.

• I would make it a dare. they would be blamed for it. not me.

• Not my problem.
