• When we relocate the guest (instead of the partner offering an alternative).

• After a new alternative has been sent to the booker, or we do not have an answer from the guest, before cancelling the original reservation (Payment by accommodation).

• When we open the relocation complaint.

If the guest has arrived at the correct address, but it is not within the check in hours, what is the next step?

• This is a relocation, no matter the time we need to relocate the guest

• Inform the guest they need to follow the correct check in process.

• We call the partner and start the relocation process.
