How much time do I have with the Ownership

What are these three items used for?

I hve one business week (it can be extended for 6 weeks. After that, candidate is open to all) If I leave in JobDiva:

• In JobDiva with notes from a full Conversation or Interview/Submittal (Initial phone call, Phone Screen, CV & Video Requested)

• In JobDiva with NO notes and Ownership registered

• In JobDiva and you LVM, sent email or WhatsApp message with no response.

• Not in JobDiva
