CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE

(for six persons)

- 1/4 cup sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

- 2 large eggs

- 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips

- 1 prepared Graham cracker crust

Directions:

$$\rightarrow$$ Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed until well-blended.

$$\rightarrow$$ Blend in 2 eggs.

$$\rightarrow$$ Stir in chocolate chips then pour batter into Graham cracker crust. (you may sprinkle ¼ cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips on top if you desire).

$$\rightarrow$$ Bake at 35 Celsius for 40 minutes, or until center is almost set.

$$\rightarrow$$  Cool it for 3 hours.
