• They don't like the speaker's voice, so they find it difficult to understand.

• There are a lot of unknown words and phrases.

• They can't remeber the information they hear.

• They base their answer on particular words and phrases, not on the general meaning.

• They can't distinguish between "wrong" and "not stated"

What is NOT among those difficulties with listening tasks at school?

• technical problems or probelms with the quality of the recording

• difficulties in understanding the general meaning

• a lot of slang and colloquial expressions students don't know
