S.E.L- Responsible Decision Making: Demonstrating Integrity

Responsible decision making means

• doing whatever you want, without thinking about how it might end up

• thinking through all options and outcomes BEFORE making a choice. 

• doing what is best for yourself, no matter how it might impact others

Integrity is

• doing the right thing only when you know there will be a reward

• doing the right thing, even when there is no reward and no one is looking

• only for adults

Even though lying might seem like the easy thing to do in the moment...

• it's fine if it helps you get what you want

• it will always end up having consequences that hurt either ourselves or others

• it's fine if no one finds out right away

Acting with integrity at all times will...

• not make any difference

• allow others to trust us, love us, and rely on us.

• never be important
