How to prevent tongue problem?

• 1.We should know how to take good care of our tongue.

  2.Gently brush your tongue.

  3.Avoid taking very hot or very cold food or drinks.

  4.Never put anything on your tongue.

  5. Drink plenty of water to keep the tongue moist.

  6. Do not put non food things into your mouth.

  2.Dont practice proper hygene.
