A motion to adjourn is always privileged except in these cases. Choose all that apply.

• When the motion is qualified in any way, as in the case of a motion to adjourn at a certain time

• When a time for adjourning is already established by some rule or action

• When the effect of the motion, if adopted, would be to dissolve the assembly

• When there is business pending such as a main motion

• When the agenda has set no time to adjourn
