Antes de começar a assistir, vou te passar 3 estratégias diferentes e complementares para que você ative o seu listening de acordo com o seu nível de dificuldade nesta etapa. Você pode:

1 Assistir uma primeira vez para pegar o contexto geral da palestra. Faça anotações do que entendeu ou do que ficou confuso. Caso você tenha muita dificuldade para compreender a ideia central do do vídeo sem legenda, ative as legendas em inglês.

2 Assistir uma segunda vez para entender detalhes, respondendo nosso quiz.

3 Assistir uma terceira vez, agora com o transcript. Sublinhe palavras e expressões que não tenha conseguido entender durante o listening. Pesquise, repita, construa exemplos com elas: essa é a melhor forma de realmente integrá-las ao seu vocabulário.

What do inspired leaders do differently in the golden circle?

But the inspired leaders and the inspired organizations -- regardless of their size, regardless of their industry -- all think, act and communicate from the inside out.

So it's this here, this little gap that you have to close, as Jeffrey Moore calls it, "Crossing the Chasm" -- because, you see, the early majority will not try something until someone else has tried it first. And these guys, the innovators and the early adopters, they're comfortable making those gut decisions. They're more comfortable making those intuitive decisions that are driven by what they believe about the world and not just what product is available.

He mentioned Martin Luther King because:

• He talked about what needed to be changed and had great success

• He talked about his beliefs and that’s why thousands of people showed up to watch him

• He talked about how he would make people’s lives better

• He talked about what the problem was in the USA

He went around and told people what he believed. "I believe, I believe, I believe," he told people. And people who believed what he believed took his cause, and they made it their own, and they told people. And some of those people created structures to get the word out to even more people. And lo and behold, 250,000 people showed up on the right day at the right time to hear him speak.
