What should you do once the Contract and TR1 has been received from the client?

• Add these to your file

• Send them to the buyers solicitor

• Check signatures against the ID

  Have the clients signed in the correct place?

  Make sure the Contract and TR1 have NOT been dated

  Has the TR1 been witnessed?

• Return them to the client

Once we Exchange Contracts on a sale, what should we do next?

• Celebrate

• Call Client and the Agents

  Send the clients signed Contract (with Fixture and Fittings form attached) to the buyers solicitors.

  Inform your Team Manager. Request an updated Redemption Figure
