As a teacher, I have had the privilege to teach both freshmen and seniors throughout much of my career. Only a few years separate them, but it might as well be decades. They are both teenagers, yes, and thus share many of the traditional teenage traits, but their differences are what make teaching such a marvelous and maddening challenge.
