• Hitting, kicking, pushing, or damaging property

• Uses digital technology to harm or humiliate

Cyber Bullying:

• Jokes to embarrass and humiliate, or excluding someone to damage their reputation

• Confronts the bully

• Gets help

• Sometimes tries to ignore what is happening

• Lets the target know they are not alone

• Doesn't want to get involved

What should you do if you witness bullying happen?

• Ignore it and keep walking

• Report it to a trusted adult

• Laugh and join in

• Check on the target with empathy

• Distract the bully
