ABMS DOCUMENTATION

The scope for ABMS need to be made available and documented accordingly

Bribery risk must be documented to demonstrate that it has been used to design and improve the anti bribery management system

Anti-bribery policy must exist as a documented information

ABMS objectives must be made available as a documented information

(a)  

Evidence of competencies must be made available and documented

The organization need to implement procedures for employment process with regard to the need to comply with the organizational anti-bribery policy and ABMS.

The organization need to develope procedure to address due diligence requirement for employee prior for their employment, promotion or transfer

(a)  

the organization is required to develop procedures to address anti-bribery awareness and training for business associates

(a)  

The organization need to develop procedures to control high risk business associates from committing bribery and has the right to terminate any business deal gain through bribery.

(a)  

The organization shall have procedures on gifts, hospitality, donations and other benefits as to prevent it to be preceived as bribery.
