• Fourth generation

• Economic and social rights. The individuals are recognised as part of a social group (women, kids, employees, consumers).

• These are the collective rights of geographical belonging and protection.

• Third generation

• Solidarity and cultural rights. They include right to peace, to development and to a healthy environment.

• Second generation

• Civil and political rights (to life, liberty, property). They established the liberty of citizens to participate in the political life of the country.​
