How does Data prioritization works?

• When a network cell gets congested, it's like there is a traffic jam on our highway. In the traffic jam, everyone has slower speeds.

• During congestion, we use prioritization to manage network traffic, so we can provide the best experience for the most customers

• when customer's go beyond their data allotment, their data service will be suspended until the next billing cycle

• This network management practice is built into applicable customer rate plans. Re-adding data SOCs doesn't prevent this. It's how we manage the network experience for all customers.
