REAPPLICATION AFTER REVOCATION

Unless otherwise authorized by the Authority, a person whose license, certificate, rating, or authorization has been revoked may not apply for any license, certificate, rating, or authorization for

• 1 year after the date of revocation

• 3 year after the date of revocation

• 2 year after the date of revocation
