When Gilgamesh approaches the tavern, what is Shiduri's reaction?

When Gilgamesh saw Urshanabi, his first reaction was:

When Utnapisthtim saw Gilgamesh, he asked

• what every other person asked: Why he looked so skinny and disheveled

• why he was so handsome

• what his name was and where he was from

• him to leave since he didn't want any visitors

Gilgamesh wanted to find Utnapishtim so

• He could find eternal life and not have to suffer from pain and anxiety of dying

• he could find a way to die peacefully

• he could find a way to visit Enkidu

• he could find a way to meet with the Gods Shamash to ask him how to live like a God

What is Utnapishtim's response to Gilgamesh?

• Like everyone else's: To Cherish life since it is limited

• to live with him so he can learn how to live like an immortal

• to return home and go on more heroic adventures to create a name which will stay immortal

• to go to the Gods and beg them to return Enkidu to life
